In the process of outward processing, less import charges are incurred due to the previous export of the raw goods. The proof of such export is provided by means of an outward processing certificate (export declaration with indication of outward processing) accompanying the goods. These export documents are returned to us after transport by the carrier or our customs agent at the border. As soon as we receive the documents, they will be forwarded to you. Please note that it is important to mark the documents with RET-EXP. However, delays occur rather often causing the imported goods to arrive before the documents. In this case, provided your competent main customs office gives their consent, an alternative proof of the export can be presented.
