Environmentally-friendly vehicles are a standard requirement for us

When it comes to protecting the environment, every kilometre counts. That’s why we plan our routes precisely, use the latest vehicles and train all our drivers in the easiest and most effective ways to save fuel. Logistics direct: provided by our innovative telematics software. We also collate telemetry data in order to keep fuel consumption as low as possible. Every truck purchased by us must also pass our TÜV (German Technical Inspection Association) environmental test. This means: all vehicles belonging to our fleet must comply with the Euro 5 and/or EEV standard and constitute the latest in (environmental) technology. And we test innovative vehicle technologies such as the use of fully-electrically operated lorries in the city centre logistics so that we can save even more CO2 in future.
